CALLME SYSTEM OVERVIEW
This overview aims to help you better understand the system layout so you can navigate it to

DASHBOARD AND FUNTCIONS
Image #1 shows your dashboard upon logging in.
- Arrow #1 points to the General dashboard where you can check the main dashboard, form submitted, and form template.
- Arrow #2 points to the number of calls received as of today.
- Arrow #3 points to the number of calls received for the whole week or within the current week.
- Arrow #4 points to the number of calls received for the whole month or within the current month.
- Arrow #5 points to the number of calls received for the whole year or within the current year.
- Arrow #6 points to the number of calls received that are currently under pending. Meaning they have not been processed yet and get transferred to the client's respective CRM.
- Arrow #7 points to the number of calls that have already been processed.
- Arrow #8 points to a chart showing the frequency of calls from the month of January to December for the whole current year.

COMPANY DATA

- Arrow #1 points to the Forms conversion for this month and the percentage.
- Arrow #2 points to Plan minutes this month and the percentage of the remaining minutes under the purchased plan.
- Arrow #4 points to where you can take a look at your company info (contact person, phone number, email, CRM used, etc.)

BILLING

- Arrow #2 points to the total Spent is the amount is the total cost of plans purchased during the duration with CallMe.
- Arrow #3 points to what type of plan you have purchased whether it is start up, simple, standard, premium, or ultimate.
- Arrow #4 points to the price amount of the plan you purchased on a monthly basis.
- Arrow #5 points to the number of minutes within the current plan purchased.
- Arrow #6 points to the remaining minutes from your current plan.
- Arrow #7 points to the date provisioned or the day you purchased your current plan.
- Arrow #8 points to the due date where the next payment should be made, however all payments have been set to recurring so you will just receive your bill monthly.
- Arrow #9 points to the payment status of your current plan whether or not it is paid.
- Arrow #10 points to when the customer was added in the system.
- Arrow #11 points to the transaction number of the payment made upon plan purchase.

REPORTING

- Arrow #1 points to the Field and Land under Forms Submitted (sample company only). You click it when you want to see the list of callers received that have already been processed.
- Arrow #2 points to the chart showing 3 leads that have already been processed with the total minutes/seconds spent during the call and the date.
- Arrow #3 points to the number of leads where you can choose an option from 10, 25, 50 and 100.
- Arrow #4 points to the export button when you wanted to export the file into a sheet.
- Arrow #5 points to the search area where you can search for a particular lead.
- Arrow #6 points to the line where you can double click to view the transaction or call records that would then appear on the bottom of the chart.
- Note: The total minutes/seconds indicates the total minutes calls were handled + the transfer of leads towards the client’s CRM.

SCRIPTS & FORMS

- Arrow #1 points to the Field and Land under Form Template. You click it when you want to see the template used to answer the calls from your leads.
- Arrow #2 points to the line where you can double click to view the template used to answer the calls from your leads.
- NOTE: If you have multiple companies, there will be multiple forms that will appear with different scripts. We tailor-fit the forms and reports based from your specific companies.

PROFILE

- Arrow #1 points to the profile name on the top right of your dashboard.
- Arrow #2 points to your recent activity within your dashboard.

TYPE OF PLANS
